I only offer digital illustration. I cannot send anything in physical form.

The artwork will be in my style. But, I could try mimicking certain styles upon request.

Will basically draw/try anything. Still, no furry. [except humanoid with ears/tail]

Payment timeline : payment fully after sketch. Or 50/50 after sketch and when it is finished [for trusted people]

MOP : currently only Robux and Nitro is acceptable for payment.

Refund policy : if your payment is nitro, you cannot request for refund after the sketch is done . For robux refund, you will get the total of robux you've sent after tax to me [tax won't be covered afterward]

Ownership of artwork : I still own rights to my artwork. However, crediting me is unnecessary whenever you want to use it [if you still wanna credit, it's aight too]

Usage rights : artwork use for personal usage only. If it is commercial use, 50% [rbx] of the original price / 20$ [nitro] will be charge.

Restriction on modifications and redistribution : lol no. You cannot resell my artwork. Light modifications is acceptable [or if you want to heavily modificated it, let me know beforehand]

TAT : expect sketches in no more than 5 days. Final piece will depends on which type you commissioning. The duration could be around 1-5 days or 1-14 days if I have personal events.

Methods of delivery : directly on Discord or email.

Policy on delays or extensions : if you as the buyer have your own personal deadline and I couldn't make it in time in case of unforeseen circumstances, I'll notified you ASAP. We'll discuss on reasonable extension date.

Client- Initiated delays : if you fails to provide necessary feedback, approvals or materials within 7 days without prior agreement, I will mark the commission as canceled. And it is non-refundable if you've sent the payment, however you can request to restart the commission.

I will be sending my progress upon request. You may ask for adjustments during sketch-phase.

You still can ask for adjustments after the artwork is finished with limits.

You have to provide me with materials. Such as clear references, important details of the character, things I have to keep in mind while drawing them, poses, ect.

Feedback and communication.

When I post the artwork wether on socials or somewhere else, I may or may not mention your username. If you do not want your username to be mentioned in any way, let me know beforehand.

Client cancels : no consequence before sketch. If it is after the sketch is done, check refund policy.

Artist cancels : 100% refund will be made. Tax will be covered for robux.

Rights : I have the ownership of the artwork that is not fully paid upon cancellation. Means you cannot use the unfinished piece (sketch, colored ect.)
